Refund policy

StickIt2U accepts returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Non-quality related returns will be issued a non pre-paid return label.

Quality related returns will be issued a pre-paid return label and will be refunded 100% upon inspection of the returned goods.

The original purchaser may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt of shipment, for a refund. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from StickIt2U prior to sending the item(s) back. 

Return shipping must be prepaid at the purchasers’ expense if not quality related.
